International Deliveries 

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Standard Post items are delivered on the next working day in Ireland. International items take three to seven working days.

Order and collect in at Maynooth Students' Union?

Order online, avoid the shipping costs, and collect your items from Maynooth Students' Union, it couldn’t be easier:

Step 1: Place your order online

As part of the checkout process you will be offered the choice of home delivery or collect in store. Choose the "Pick Up option" and complete your order.

Step 2: Get Confirmation

You will receive a 'Ready to Collect' email to confirm that your order is available for collection. Please wait for this confirmation email before you come in to collect your order or call the offices on 01 7083669. Check msu.ie for opening times.

Step 3: Collect In-Store

Head down to Maynooth Students' Union with a copy of your confirmation email and a valid form of ID (drivers licence or passport), and produce both at the main in-store till point. They’ll hand over your package and that’s it!

HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?

Standard delivery to Republic of Ireland at present is taking 1 to 5 working days. If your order does not meet these timings, it may be because your item(s) are being dispatched from a different location. In this case, we will contact you with an expected delivery date. Standard delivery to the UK, Mainland Europe, United States and the Rest of the World can take 3 to 9 working days Please refer to our delivery information below for more detail. We always endeavour to get your order to you as quick as possible!

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Small items cannot be tracked, for example a MSU badge or pair of socks. Larger items can be tracked via Fastways tracing system, if you want to current information on your order please email frontdesk@msu.ie.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ALL OF MY ORDER?

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we are out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer a full refund. If your order is obviously incomplete, please email frontdesk@msu.ie or call 01 7083669.
